We empower you to maximize your commission earnings by selling our approved and preferred suppliers. Every three years, YOU get to vote on our collaboration partners. Your commission level categorizes you as a Rising Star (1-5), unlocking higher splits and MORE™ Marketing opportunities. The exciting part? Millionaire Program
Have you ever envisioned reaching millionaire status? Our Millionaire's Program kicks off the moment you join us, rewarding you each time you achieve $125,000 (agents) or 375,000 (agency*) in supplier commission before the split. Partner Incentive Program
Every year, The Travel Agent Next Door distributes a partner incentive to all primary agent partners who have generated 70% of their commission with approved and preferred suppliers. The lump sum, shared among all eligible partners, is determined at the outset of each budget year. In 2024, we have paid out $45,000 CAD. Congratulations to all of you!
Top Performers Trip
At the start of the year, we establish distinct sales goals for both primary agents and agencies*. Anyone successfully achieving these goals by year-end will be rewarded with one or two seats on our Top Performers Trip, taking you to thrilling destinations with once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Congrats to our agent partners enjoying an G Adventures trip to South Africa this year and to all partners who will be joining the 2025 top performers trip beautiful Greece and Turkey on a Seabourn Cruise.
Peer-to-Peer Star Award
Embracing an extraordinary culture of peer-to-peer support, we empower all agents to cast their votes for the 'Peer-to-Peer Star of the Year,' – an individual who provides outstanding support.
